What are the opening hours of the Restaurant?

The Zoo Restaurant is open from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. The Bars are open during the Zoo’s opening hours, with seasonal variations.

Is it necessary to book a table at the Restaurant?

Reservations are not required. However, for large groups or events, prior contact is recommended via info@zoosantoinacio.com

Can I bring food into the Zoo and have a Picnic?

You may bring food and lunch boxes into the Zoo. You must have your own meals at the Picnic Park.

This area has lockers (subject to availability) where you can store your lunch boxes. To use the lockers, you must bring a padlock with you or you can purchase one at the Zoo Store or the Restaurants/Bars.

🔒 Note: It is not allowed to book tables with backpacks, towels or other objects. Tables are for shared use and must be available to all visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.

🚫 Picnics are not allowed in the Restaurant and Bar do Lago areas. Only meals purchased at these locations are permitted.

Can I leave the Zoo for lunch and then come back in?

If you wish to leave the Zoo and re-enter, you must request permission to do so from the security guard at the entrance to the park. To re-enter, you must then go back to the security guard, who will check your entry.

Re-entry is only valid on the day of your visit.
